Got to hang with my new friends and cool clients Rachel and Miles up at Point Park on Lookout. What an incredible time we had! It was a gorgeous day with amazing light. I was PUMPED about doing this session! Rain and extremely cloudy weather was the way of life around here for a while and it was just so nice to work with beautiful sunlight. Beautiful light + beautiful couple = something I can get into!
Rachel is a personal trainer and is one of these people who actually runs marathons for the fun of it and NOT because a bear is chasing her… which is the only way I’d be caught running 26 miles. Despite my questioning her sanity in this area, she’s a REALLY cool girl.
Miles loves sport bikes. That automatically puts him in the ultra cool category. He said that I could ride his bike at their engagement shoot but must have forgotten. That’s okay though. I probably would have gotten the riding bug again. I miss my motorcycle really bad!
So two really cool people getting married. Good match! And I’m so excited that I get the privilege to photograph their wedding next year in Kentucky!
Check out some of my favorites!

Love, love, love this photo!

Overlook of Chattanooga. Check out the beautiful light!

What’s a photoshoot on top of Lookout without some images of the gorgeous view?

Love it!

Thank you Rachel and Miles! Loved hanging out with you two. So much fun! Enjoy your photos!

Rachel and Miles - You did such an amazing job, Rich. We are both very happy with all of our pics
Thanks for putting up with us for those 2 hrs..we had so much fun! We can’t wait until June!
Coventry Myers - Love the black & white!!…amazing!!
Rich Smith - Oops. Thought Heather fixed that. Now fixed! Give credit where credit is due!
Jason and Kellie - Those are some really great shots Rich! You never cease to amaze. However, a marathon is actually 26.2 miles, not 23 as you stated. I think Rachel would love to get credit for running the whole way, not just most of the way!
kathy groves - great pictures! Love the one by the cannon overlooking downtown! like the one looking over the green valley…their whole future before them & the one of her on his back!
Jamie Weiss - Looks like an awesome session, Rich! Great shots!
Nicole Rogers - Wow! These are gorgeous! The one with their arms wrapped around each other is amazing!
