I’m so excited about getting this wedding up! Hope and Chad got married on a very hot day a couple of weeks ago and although it was so hot we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We started off at Hair-a-go-go in north Chattanooga and went down the street to Elea Blake for makeup! I love hanging out in these places because 1) the people are so friendly there and 2) they are fantastic places to take photos. Loved it! Here are some pics of Hope getting ready for her big day!

Darin Wright did a wonderful job on Hope’s makeup. Don’t know what she puts in her makeup but Hope looked fantastic all day long despite everyone else being drenched in sweat!

Many thanks for my good friend Kellie for coming out and helping out with the shooting! She did an incredible job!

Hope looked absolutely beautiful in her wedding dress! Love this picture!

Hope’s girls helping her around, all the while making sure Chad doesn’t see her before the wedding. They did a great job!

Newly married. Husband and wife!

Love this photo of them on the porch of the house on the property. Beautiful.

Utilizing a random bathtub that was out in the middle of nowhere. Love adventurous brides because it turned out stunning!

As usual, Ahmed did an incredible job on the cake.

The send-off and the excited new Mrs. Shores!

Hope and Chad, thank you again for allowing me the opportunity to be with you guys all day on your wedding! I had a blast and I hope you enjoy your photos!
I love my clients. All of ‘em. Adam and Amanda are no exception. They are so fun and totally in love! And now they’re married and I’m so excited for them! They’re wonderful for each other and I was blessed to be part of their day!
Check out some of my faves…
Our day started at Salon Headgamez on the Cleveland loop. They did an incredible job on Amanda’s hair and makeup!

First look at Lee University. First looks are always amazing!

Hello!

Amanda’s brother Stephen was the best man and Adam’s sister Lisa was the maid of honor!

Gettin’ down in funky town. Love Amanda’s face in this pic! haha!

Amanda and Adam, thank you again for allowing me to be a huge part of your day. I was blown away and had so much fun! I know you two will have an amazing life together! Congratulations!!!
After their wonderful wedding (which you can see here), Josh and Steph were hungry to capture more memories from their day. So after all the guests left the reception, the bridal party met at Coolidge Park. We had to move quickly because it had been raining on and off throughout the day and it certainly looked like it was going to rain again.
After this initial shot, the wedding party seemed to lack energy and were just going to pose for the camera. “Posing for the camera” doesn’t define this group of young energetic people, so I had to get them out of their shell. Once I gave them “creative freedom” to run any of their crazy ideas past me, it got really fun really fast. They were coming up with wild stuff and we decided to act on all of their ideas. Here are some of my favorites!

One of my favorite wedding pics I’ve ever taken…

Each guys’ personality came through here. I gave them basic instruction and turned them loose - and I love what came out of it!

Allow me to shed some light on this next picture: we decided to run in slow motion down the hill!

It was fun to watch the bride calmly watch the groomsmen nearly kill her new husband. She had full faith in them. Such a fun series to photograph!

I love the contrast here: beautiful, classy ladies and a rusted, dilapidated staircase!

Thanks to everyone! I had an absolute blast!
